- Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise), we collect billing details such as credit/debit card information, billing address, and transaction history. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Staff Information: You may add staff accounts to your Parchika system. This may include staff names, roles, contact details, and login credentials.
- Customer Data: Through your use of the POS system, you may collect and store your end-customers' data such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, order history, loyalty programme participation, and payment preferences.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

- Service Delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain our POS software, process transactions, manage your account, and deliver the features you use, including billing, kitchen order tickets (KOT), table management, inventory management, online ordering, and customer loyalty programmes.
- AI-Powered Features: To power our artificial intelligence capabilities, including demand forecasting, menu optimisation, anomaly detection (e.g. unusual voids, refunds, or cash discrepancies), and daily AI performance briefs. Your transaction and operational data is analysed to generate actionable business insights.
- Offline Functionality: To enable offline billing and operations, and to synchronise data automatically when internet connectivity is restored.
- Integration Management: To facilitate data exchange with third-party platforms you have connected to your Parchika account.
- Customer Support: To respond to your enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp, chat, phone, and email.
- Improvement and Analytics: To analyse usage patterns, improve our Services, develop new features, and enhance user experience.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues.
- Communications: To send you service-related notifications, updates, security alerts, and (with your consent) marketing communications about new features, promotions, or products.
